Western Health Advantage is hiring a Provider Data Entry Specialist to support accurate and timely provider data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in detail-oriented, high-volume data entry work and is looking to grow within healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

• Process and update provider data (demographics, locations, specialties)

• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy

• Support data validation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution

• Maintain records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with internal teams, provider groups, and vendors

What You Bring

• 1+ year of healthcare or data entry experience (HMO preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email systems

• Ability to manage priorities and follow structured processes

This role is primarily computer-based with minimal phone interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys focused, independent work.
