This position is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—ideally with healthcare or HMO experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of moderate to complex business initiatives while supporting organizational strategy and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards
Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing full project lifecycle ownership from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously
Reviewing MSAs, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with project execution
Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, analyze, and validate requirements
Building strong relationships with business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
Managing project scope and changes using established change control processes
Monitoring and reporting project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
Managing project communications, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and external vendor relationships
Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project and program risks to minimize impact to baseline plans
Performing business analysis, quality assurance, testing, and validation activities as required
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Creating and maintaining project documentation, including procedures, processes, and status reports
Providing regular project updates and participating in project meetings as needed
Supporting business case development and requirements elicitation efforts
Mentoring and coaching junior-level project managers to support skill development and successful project delivery
Contributing to PMO best practices, standards, templates, and tools
Performing administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven project management professional with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives through collaboration and effective project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications
